How It Works
Group Coaching Built Around Your Life
My small group workouts are structured to fit real schedules without sacrificing quality. Sessions run 50 minutes, are led by a dedicated coach, and focus on building strength, mobility, and sustainable habits. With a max of 10 participants per class, every session feels personal. Whether you are brand new to fitness or returning after a long break, you will find a spot that meets you where you are.
The Schedule

Who It Is For
Women's Fitness Classes for Adults Who Are Done with the Grind
My women's fitness classes are built for adults 35 and up who want to build real strength without the pressure of a traditional gym. If you are a caregiver, a busy professional, or someone who just needs a consistent space to show up and move, you belong here. The energy in every small group workout is supportive, grounded, and focused on progress over performance.
Your First Step
Start with the Mo-Mentum Method Consultation
Not sure which session fits you best? Book a Mo-Mentum Method Consultation for just $49. In 30 minutes, you will get a medical-grade InBody scan to measure skeletal muscle mass and a one-on-one conversation with your coach to find the right starting point. If you join a membership package within 7 days, the $49 is credited back toward your first month.
Common Questions
What You Should Know Before You Book
  • How many people are in each small group fitness class in Spartanburg?

Each session is capped at 10 participants. This keeps the environment personal and allows the coach to give meaningful feedback to every person in the room. It is a key part of what separates Smack Fitness from larger gym settings where you can easily get lost in the crowd. You get the energy of a group with the attention of a more focused setting.
  • Who is eligible to attend the group training sessions listed on the schedule?

Group training sessions are primarily available to members enrolled in The Groove or The Remix packages. The Groove includes 16 small group sessions per month, while The Remix includes 12 group sessions combined with 4 private sessions. Saturday drop-in slots are also available for those who want to try a session before committing to a full membership. The Mo-Mentum Method Consultation is a great first step if you are unsure which option suits you.
  • Can I add extra group sessions if I am already enrolled in a membership plan?

Yes. Existing members can add sessions through the a la carte add-on options. Solo members can add 4 small group sessions for $99. Remix members can add 2 private sessions for $300, and Groove members can add 4 private sessions for $550. These add-ons are available only to current members and are a flexible way to adjust your training without switching to a different package.
  • What happens during a typical 50-minute session at Smack Fitness?

Sessions are led by a coach focused on strength, mobility, and building habits that hold up over time. The approach is grounded in the Mo-Mentum Method philosophy, which prioritizes presence and purpose over pressure and performance metrics. You will work alongside a small group of like-minded adults in a supportive environment. The goal is consistency and care, not competition.
  • Are the women's fitness classes suitable for people who are new to working out?

Absolutely. The classes are designed to meet participants where they are physically, mentally, and emotionally. Adults 35 and older, caregivers, and people returning to fitness after a long break are all welcome and well-served in this format. The small group size means your coach can adjust movements to match your current capacity, so you are never pushed beyond what is appropriate for your level.
  • How do I reserve my spot in a group training session?

Booking is handled through PushPress, the scheduling platform used by Smack Fitness. Once you are enrolled in a membership or have signed up for a Saturday drop-in, you can log in to PushPress and reserve your spot in any available session on the current schedule. Spots fill up quickly given the 10-person cap, so it is a good idea to book ahead rather than waiting until the last minute.
